Anjue Hirachund is a versatile and performance-driven professional with more than 25 years of extensive experience in various industry sectors, enabling business growth through leadership development initiatives and strategies to enhance productivity and maximize revenue flows.

Breaking traditional norms and barriers, Anjue was the first woman heading the Automotive Regulatory environment and the first woman representative for South Africa at the United Nations’ World Forum for the Harmonisation of Motor Vehicle Regulations.

She is a Chemical Engineer and holds a MBA degree amongst her other qualifications. She is currently completing her studies in Industrial and Organizational Psychology to empower herself to add greater value to her clients.

As a Business Consultant and Executive Coach, Anjue assists corporates and individuals with business strategy and policy development, leadership development, organizational design and conflict resolution.

As a wealth advisor, she is determined to increase the number of women taking responsibility for their financial well-being. She is an advocate for women empowerment and is currently making great strides in her mission to reach and empower one million women across the world by 2025 through effective partnerships and collaboration.

Anjue is passionate about sharing knowledge and information with the intention to best support her clients to move beyond their challenges to achieve both success and happiness and to eventually be able to “leave a legacy” in the world.

METHODOLOGY

At a very simplistic level, our training & coaching methodology is aligned to the five basic levels of transformation. In considering the transformation that needs to happen at the “behaviour” level, we need to consider:

  1. Environment (Where, When) – how conducive is it for the change to occur?
  2. Behaviour (What) – some aspect of change has to be explored.
  3. Capabilities/Skills (How) – what are the current capabilities and skills of the individual to effect the change?
  4. Beliefs/Values (Why) – All transformation is belief driven. What is the current beliefs/values that may be resisting the change?
  5. Identity (Who) – Does the client identify with the change that is required?
